How to Use the Wishlist Feature

Easily create your rental wishlist and send it to our team in just a few simple steps!

Step 1: Open the Wishlist

  • Whenever you’re browsing our rental collection, you’ll see a “Wishlist” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click this button to open your wishlist.
  • In the wishlist box, enter the date(s) of your event and click Save to ensure availability.
  • You can minimize the wishlist box by clicking the “X” in the corner.

Step 2: Add Items to Your Wishlist

  • Browse our Rental Collection and select the items you’d like to rent.
  • Click the heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist.
  • Your selected items will automatically appear in the wishlist box.

Step 3: Adjust Quantities

  • Open your wishlist and find the item you’d like to edit.
  • Click the quantity button and enter the number of items needed.
    • Example: If you need 25 Farmhouse Chairs, update the quantity to 25.
  • Repeat this process for all items in your wishlist.

Step 4: Add More Items from Other Categories

  • If you need items from different categories, continue browsing our Rental Collection and add more items using the heart button.
  • Example: If you need table decor, navigate to that section, find an item (e.g., Black Lanterns), and add it to your wishlist.
  • Adjust quantities as needed.

Step 5: Submit Your Wishlist

  • Once you’ve added all your desired rentals, click “Contact & Venue Info” in your wishlist.
  • Enter the following details:
    • Your Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Venue or Delivery Location
    • Any additional notes for the Crystal team
  • Click “Send List” to submit your wishlist.

Step 6: Next Steps

  • You will not be required to pay at this time, and your order is not yet confirmed.


Finally, a Crystal Event Rentals team member will reach out to review your wishlist, confirm availability, and finalize the details.
