If you are not sure what you are looking for, let us guide you! We offer complimentary 1-hour centerpiece décor consolations alongside one of our experienced designers. During your design session you will hand select the pieces that will make your table décor everything you dreamed of.

Set-Up & Delivery
Delivery and pick up are additional services that are charged based on your event location. We do not offer delivery for orders under $500.
We offer set up & décor breakdown as an additional service to ensures our team re-create your exact replica from your design session and packs up at the end of the night.

How do I Reserve my event date?
To make a reservation a 50% deposit of the total charges is due along with a nonrefundable 10% damage waiver. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the event date. At this time, we will finalize quantities.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! Changes to your order can be made up until to 2 weeks prior to your event.
Can I move my décor?
Rental items such as large structures, arches, and backdrops will be placed in their desired location by the Crystal team, therefore, it cannot be moved.
Damaged, Broken, or Missing Rental Items
The customer is responsible for the decor during their rental period. Decor is to be secured protected from the weather when not in use. The damage waiver does not cover lost or negligence. In the event an item is severely damaged or not returned will incur a replacement charge.
Where is the design studio located?
Our Design Studio is located in Apopka Florida.
The Crystal Event staff was wonderful to work with! We loved the different customizable options. The pricing was affordable. Everything turned out beautifully and we were so happy with everything. Someone was always available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend using them!
Crystal Events made my wedding amazing, they made my vision come to life by having all the decor from the tables to the chairs that I had dreamed of. My husband and I were so grateful for everything that they did despite that some of our arrangements with them were very last minute they didn’t mind and we’re not bothered at all. All they cared about was making both my husband and I happy by taking everything off our shoulders. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and are beyond grateful especially for Selena, who made everything hassle free. We know that if we ever need to go with a rental company in the future again we will definitely be calling Crystal Events.

Absolutely gorgeous! The Crystal Events did a Fabulous job in creating my husbands 70’s theme for his 50th Birthday. We enjoyed working with Selena, Danielle and Michelle!
