If you are not sure what you are looking for, let us guide you! We offer complimentary 1-hour décor consultations alongside one of our experienced designers. During your design consult you will select the pieces that will make your event décor everything you dreamed of.
Venue & Décor Set Up
Set-Up & Delivery
Delivery and pick up are additional services that are charged based on your event location. We do not offer delivery for orders under $500
Decor set up & breakdown service are required to ensure your rental items are taken care of and returned safely.

How do I Reserve my event date?
To make a reservation a 50% deposit of the total charges is due along with a nonrefundable 10% damage waiver. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the event date. At this time, we will finalize quantities and final changes.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! Changes to your order can be made up until to 30 days prior to your event.
Can I move my décor?
Rental items such as large structures, arches, and backdrops will be placed in their desired location by the Crystal team, therefore, it cannot be moved.
Damaged, Broken, or Missing Rental Items
The customer is responsible for the decor during their rental period. Decor is to be secured protected from the weather when not in use. The damage waiver does not cover lost or negligence. In the event an item is severely damaged or not returned will incur a replacement charge.
Selena & Michelle were so incredibly helpful to me when I needed some party furniture for my last minute gender reveal. Will definitely be considering them for all future events.

Absolutely gorgeous! The Crystal Events did a Fabulous job in creating my husbands 70’s theme for his 50th Birthday. We enjoyed working with Selena, Danielle and Michelle! Crystal Events made my wedding amazing, they made my vision come to life by having all the decor from the tables to the chairs that I had dreamed of. My husband and I were so grateful for everything that they did despite that some of our arrangements with them were very last minute they didn’t mind and we’re not bothered at all. All they cared about was making both my husband and I happy by taking everything off our shoulders. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and are beyond grateful especially for Selena, who made everything hassle free. We know that if we ever need to go with a rental company in the future again we will definitely be calling Crystal Events.

Crystal Event made our wedding venue look fantastic—better than we had expected. They have a good variety of decorations to choose from, so we were able to pick and match pieces to get the look and feel we wanted. The Crystal staff also did an excellent job with setting up and staging all of the decorations. They were even kind enough to help open/close the curtain that revealed each wedding party member before their walk down the aisle. We definitely appreciated that. We’re completely satisfied with the quality of decorations and service that Crystal provided, and would 100% recommend them!
Crystal events and Selena were amazing at helping me plan the decor for my wedding. She had a whole layout in my colors ready for when I got there and multiple other options to choose from. She was even willing to change options over again until I made up my mind. She worked well with my venue and caterer! Everything turned out beautiful the day of the wedding!
